  • Printing Errors: Wrong size, color mismatch, or design issues caused by us (not your uploaded file).
  • Damaged or Lost in Transit: Items arriving broken, incomplete, or not at all.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: If we send the incorrect product.

Non-Returnable Items (standard for custom printing):

  • Personalized or custom-designed products (e.g., business cards, flyers, stickers) that are printed as ordered, even if you dislike the final look.
  • Digital downloads or proofs.
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago.

All returns must be in original condition, unused, and in resalable packaging. We’ll cover return shipping for eligible cases; otherwise, you may need to pay.

Refunds vs. Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method for the full value (minus any shipping fees if non-eligible). Processing takes 5-7 business days; funds appear in 3-10 days depending on your bank.
  • Exchanges: Preferred for defects— we’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no extra cost, including free shipping. If out of stock, a refund is issued.

We do not offer partial refunds for partial orders. For bulk orders (500+ units), contact us for special handling.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
