    • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (if not custom printed with your name, phone number or QR codes). We may also accept returns beyond 30 days under certain circumstances; please contact us for more information.
  2. Items Excluded from Returns:
    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • Personalized items, table cover, Canopy tents, Roll up banners or Feather Flags.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number inside the package.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  4. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Once we receive your return, please allow up to [number of days] for us to process your return and issue your refund.

Because all our products are made-to-order and personalized, we have a strict no-return policy to ensure the integrity of our production process and resources. Below, we outline the key details of this policy.

Why No Returns on Custom Products?

  • Personalization: Your banner or table cover is designed and printed based on the unique artwork, dimensions, colors, and details you provide. Once production begins, these items cannot be resold or repurposed as they are specific to your order.
  • Production Commitment: We start crafting your item immediately upon order confirmation to meet your deadlines. Reversing this process would incur significant costs and waste materials.
  • Quality Assurance: We perform thorough checks before shipping to ensure your product meets our standards. If an issue arises due to our error, we’ll address it as outlined below.

Policy Details

  • No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom banners or table covers if you simply change your mind, dislike the design after approval, or if the item doesn’t meet your expectations once printed. Please review your proof carefully before approving production.
  • No Cancellations After Production Starts: Orders cannot be canceled once we’ve begun printing. We’ll notify you if production has started, and at that point, the order is final.
  • Defects or Errors on Our End: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong colors, sizing, or text as per your approved proof), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping. Provide photos and your order number for a quick resolution.
  • Customer-Provided Artwork Issues: If the final product doesn’t match your vision due to errors in the artwork you supplied (e.g., low-resolution files leading to blurry prints), we cannot offer returns or refunds. We recommend using high-quality files (at least 300 DPI) and reviewing our file guidelines.
  • Shipping and Handling: All sales are final for custom items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, even in cases of replacements.
